Glenn Kalison serves as President of Relativity Education, a division of Relativity Media that creates and delivers educational programs in film, media, performing arts and entrepreneurship. Kalison oversees strategy for the division as well as the development, staffing and execution of all educational offerings.
Prior to joining Relativity, Kalison spent 10 years as a teacher and administrator at the New York Film Academy, most recently as Chair of the Acting for Film Program. An accomplished actor, performance coach, and recognized expert in the fields of performing and media arts education, Kalison has been a frequent guest contributor to Backstage and has been cited as an industry authority by CNN and the Wall Street Journal.
As an actor, Kalison has appeared in such films as The Good Shepherd and Mystery Team, and TV shows including “Elementary,” “Lights Out” and all three hit “Law and Order” series. He also has an extensive theatrical resume including “The Language Archive,” produced by the Tony®-winning Theater Company. Prior to his entertainment and education career, Kalison spent three years on Wall Street at boutique investment bank Transportation Group Capital and brokerage firm PaineWebber.
Kalison holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of California, Irvine and a B.S. in business administration from Lehigh University. He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, American Federation of Television and Radio Artists and Actors Equity Association.
