Integrated Marketing Manager – Relativity Digital Media

Relativity Digital Media seeks a highly effective Integrated Marketing Manager to develop multiplatform marketing strategies to meet and exceed the needs of our clients and help generate new business in assigned categories. The Manager will work closely with internal departments to ensure all opportunities maximize client investment, minimize production costs and meet both advertisers’ and corresponding department objectives. They will also be responsible for developing and managing all internal process and procedures for both development and execution of digital marketing opportunities to ensure both advertisers’ and the corresponding department objectives are met and internal staff’s time is used effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and articulate creative ideas in response to RFPs from clients and for overall sales development initiatives.
  • Oversee the delivery and execution of several programs with multiple advertisers, at any given time.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions, including production, to develop “Never Been Done Before” integrated digital programs.
  • Maintain and monitor proposal logs and budget allocations.
  • Generate production schedules, manage deadlines, handle client updates, and approvals.
  • Oversee requests to the art department for creative materials, including proposal mock-ups, digital ad campaigns, microsites, invites, signage, recaps, sell sheets, etc.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital/New Media, Sales or related field required.
  • 5+ years digital/interactive experience delivering multi-channel communications programs; digital publishing and agency experience is preferred.
  • Preferred experience with the Fashion/Sports category/industry.
  • Creativity and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic work atmosphere.
  • Must possess exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, marked by a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, composure, and poise.
  • Highest degree of organizational skill, with the ability to multitask to meet the needs for multiple clients.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all partner departments.
  • Familiarity with digital and print media planning, buying and billing.
  • Possess advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, in particular PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Photoshop and Keynote strongly preferred.
