Relativity Television, Georgeville Television and Executive Producer Bradley Cooper Create a Television Series Based on Relativity’s Hit Film Limitless

Film Starred Cooper and Robert De Niro and Grossed Over $160 Million Worldwide

(Paris, France 7 October 2013) – Relativity Television announced today at MIPCOM 2013 that the company has partnered with Georgeville Television and executive producer Bradley Cooper (Silver Linings Playbook, The Hangover) on “Limitless,” a scripted television series. Leslie Dixon and Scott Kroopf will serve as co-executive producers.  The series is based on Relativity’s hit 2011 movie, Limitless, which opened #1 at the U.S. box office on its way to grossing over $160 million worldwide.

With 17 original series currently on air, Relativity has quickly become one of the country’s largest suppliers of unscripted television and has recently expanded into scripted programming with the development of scripted sitcoms, dramas and sketch comedy series. Relativity continues to build on its success bringing its film properties to television, having recently transformed the film Catfish into the #1 television series on MTV.

Relativity’s film Limitless, which starred Bradley Cooper, Robert De Niro and Abbie Cornish, sold over 2 million home video units after its successful theatrical run.  The film is a paranoia-fueled action thriller about an unsuccessful writer whose life is transformed by a top-secret “smart drug” that allows him to use 100% of his brain and become a perfect version of himself.  His enhanced abilities soon attract shadowy forces that threaten his new life.

Kavanaugh is scheduled to deliver a MIPCOM Media Mastermind Keynote on 8 October at 16.45 at the Palais des Festivals, Grand Auditorium.
